Works great. I just pealed 5 dozen quail eggs the les that ten minutes including set up and clean up. I have learned a couple of tricks after my first 3 uses. 1) place eggs in refrigerator overnight before pealing.2) have a spray bottle of warm water to wet the rollers as needed.3) before pealing place the cold eggs in some fairly warm water. The shock of going from very cold to very warm will cause the shell and membrane to expand and separate from the egg white allowing it to peal right off. The five dozen mentioned above, not one egg got damaged at all.
